Project Management

Project management is a temporary service, since a project is supposed to be done in a limited time-frame. Each project is individual and therefore has its own specific requirements. Due to its complexity, careful planing and execution is needed for a project to be successful and profitable. 

Project management consists of different stages: Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling and closing.

In the so-called initiation-phase, the scope of the project is evaluated and information is collected. All the data gets broken down and is being analyzed carefully in order for us to be able to develop a suitable plan for our customers. In the next phase (planning) time, cost and resources are the most important parts that are considered and implemented into the plan. For these two points, estimates are calculated and a schedule is being developed. 

Now, if the plan is approved by the customer, the plan is executed. This requires much adaptability and knowledge by the executor, which our experienced staff has acquired over recent years. Furthermore, this phase includes documentation, measurements of progress, the initiating of corrective actions and more. 

At the end, the closing phase is initiated. It mostly consists of formal matters, such as contract closure and the archiving of files and documentations.
